Dr. Kazuhiko Yamada was appointed Director, Surgical Research, at the Columbia Center for Translational Immunology (CCTI) in July 2015. He has conducted both allogeneic and xenogeneic transplantation projects as a Head of Organ Transplantation Tolerance and Xenotransplantation Lab, the Transplantation Biology Research Center (TBRC), Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH).
